Please note that if your event requires the use of the green space between the Council Hall and the rectory, this requires approval through IHM Parish. The use of the green space is scheduled separately, so if you need that space, select "Yes" in the drop down. While every effort will be made to accommodate your request, use of the green space is not guaranteed. If the green space is otherwise scheduled on your requested date, we will notify you that it is not available and determine if you wish to proceed with the booking, or select a different option.  While parking is readily available, it is not guaranteed.
